Zella’s Deli closed its Asheville location in March 2024. They relocated to Swannanoa, NC.
Zella’s is an authentic New York Style deli in the heart of downtown Asheville. They serve a late breakfast (French toast, pancakes…) and delicious hot and cold sandwiches. We love their pastrami, meatball sub and their Italian sandwich.
Apart from excellent sandwiches, you can also buy deli meat and cheese at the counter to take home. Choose from meats like capicolla, sopressata, salami, pastrami and several types of cheese (ex. white American, smoked gouda, swiss, etc.)
