Tempie Avery Montford Center

The Tempie Avery Montford Community Center anchors a sprawling 17-acre recreation complex in Asheville’s historic Montford neighborhood. It’s home to one of Asheville’s best playgrounds, basketball courts, a baseball field and a rec center.

You can reserve the multipurpose room for $25 per hour (required $100 security deposit refunded after rental) online or by calling the center at 828-253-3714.
