BimBeriBon announced in April 2022 that they were taking a step back for personal reasons.
BimBeriBon is a gluten-free café and bakery located in West Asheville serving some of the best and most unique dishes around. A little bit of this, a little bit of that…you don’t want to miss this ‘globally inspired’ family-run restaurant.
Their menu pulls influence from all over, though it’s heavy on Asian and Mediterranean flavors. BimBeriBon has several vegan options, and the whole menu is free of gluten and refined sugars.
