Homegrown is an all-day restaurant in North Asheville and a favorite spot for locals. They specialize in southern comfort food made from fresh local ingredients.

Enjoy their chicken biscuit, chorizo scramble, or sunshine bowl with sauteed sesame greens and quinoa for breakfast. They also have pancakes and french toast.

They have the same menu for lunch and dinner and we always opt for their famous buttermilk chicken sandwich. Everything about the sandwich is delicious, from the horseradish honey mustard to the sprinkling of sprouts. You can get the chicken fried or grilled.

HomeGrown also has several meat and two combos, featuring meatloaf with mushroom gravy, buttermilk chicken and even NC fried catfish.
