Manicomio Pizza

Manicomio is a great destination for delicious New York-style pizza by the slice in downtown Asheville. You’ll feel like you’ve popped in off the streets of Manhattan, and there’s a patio with bistro lights if the weather is nice. It’s a casual place with counter service.

Their menu includes a variety of pizzas, salads, mozzarella sticks, and hot sandwiches. Their reuben with house-cured pastrami and the meatball sub are crowd favorites. The garlic knots are also worth a try! Manicomio also has several pasta dishes on the menu like tortellini and baked ziti. It’s a great spot for a quick Italian eats downtown.

You can either order pizza by the slice or get a whole pizza. Manicomio even has a vegan pizza by the slice, which is a rare find! And whatever you do, get a slice of the pistachio cheesecake if they have it!
