Rebel Burger

Rebel Burger is a permanent food truck at the Biltmore Village Hi-Wire Brewery. They have burgers, a cabbage-based abundance bowl and beef tallow fries on the menu. Their signature Rebel Burger is amazingly unique— imagine a classic American smash burger but with Adjika-spiced pickles, confit green onions and a Lahore spice blend. It’s so wildly good and different than anything else in town.

Rebel Burger’s Abundance Bowl with tamari vinaigrette and peanut butter miso is also worth a try. If you aren’t feeling the spices, they have a spiceless Rebel Burger on the menu as well as a kid’s burger without the green onions or spiced pickles.

They run fantastic specials on Mondays and Wednesdays. The Monday one is pretty cool– it’s a collaboration with Hi-Wire. You can get a signature Rebel Burger, fries and a Hi-Wire beer for $12.50.
