Pillar Rooftop Bar

You’ll find Pillar Rooftop Bar at the top of the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Asheville. It’s a great rooftop cocktail bar with a few bites, too.

Their menu and feel changes with the season, which adds such a special touch. In the summer they featured a tiki setup complete with tropical-inspired drinks. They had everything from a rum and banana liqueur ‘Feistiest Tiki’ to a three rum ‘Rock You Like a Hurricane’ that included passionfruit, pineapple, orange, watermelon and lemon.

Fall drinks include a candy corn shot and a pumpkin + rum drink. And don’t miss their Rudolph Rooftop Holiday pop-up after Thanksgiving!

The food menu at Pillar includes appetizers (ex. Santa Fe Eggrolls, Crab Cakes), a burger with an option to make it plant-based, as well as a few seafood options and even flatbread pizza.

They have a variety of seating inside, from tabletops to lounge chairs to couches. A garage door opens to the rooftop area with additional seating. There’s a fire pit outside that provides the perfect place to warm up on a cooler Blue Ridge Mountain evening.
