Pollen Coffee + Flower Shop is a cute coffee shop and flower bar located on the outskirts of downtown Asheville. Get a latte and build a bouquet! While the flower bar doesn’t open until 10, they do have mini bouquets available when the coffee shop opens at 8 daily. The coffee is great and the vibes are 10/10.

Pollen is a great place to work remotely in Asheville. It’s a bright shop and is filled with colorful flowers and plants. There are a few cozy couches but the majority of the seating is 2-top tables.

They have fresh flowers in the shop where you can put your own bouquet together, or you can work with them for flowers for special events like a wedding.
