The Exchange

The Exchange permanently closed in January 2025

The Exchange is the on-site restaurant of The Restoration, a gorgeous hotel in downtown Asheville. They offer daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a weekend brunch.

The restaurant (and hotel property!) is absolutely breathtaking. They have a great outdoor patio when the weather is nice and a bar where you can grab a seat, too.

The Exchange is located on the main level of The Restoration. The hotel also has a few other dining options, like The Observatory (a great rooftop bar) and The Draftsman (a basement-level bar with a bowling alley.)
