Bone and Broth

Bone and Broth is an upscale restaurant in north Asheville with a Southern-inspired menu. Their menu includes premium dry-aged steaks, bone-in specials, house-ground burgers and local fare. And, yes, bone broth is on the menu!

We love their emphasis on keeping things local. Their baked goods are all sourced from a local Asheville bakery (Geraline’s) and they use meat from their butcher neighbor Chop Shop and local farmer Joyce Farms. They also have a Beyond Meats veggie burger on the menu for any vegetarian diners.

As far as appetizers go, we love their crispy brussels, beef and blue frites and the 5 pepper pimento cheese. And the steaks are as delicious as you’d expect. If you are into steak sauces, they have several too choose from. We especially like the chimichurri and house A1.
