Chop Shop Food Truck

Such a fun addition to Wedge at Foundation!! This is a food truck run by local butcher shop Chop Shop Butchery. You can always count on excellent burgers, hot dogs and waffle fries. The brioche buns are from Asheville’s very own MOTHER bread.
