Corky’s Dawg House is the place to go for an authentic Chicago hot dog in Brevard. They have 17 other hot dog varieties if you are feeling something different, as well as sandwiches, BBQ, burgers, salads and sides.
Their sandwich menu ranges from fried bologna to an Italian beef and everything between. And there are over 10 burgers to choose from, including a classic pimento cheese burger complete with bacon and onion rings.
