Built in 2021, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is one of Brevard’s newest hotels. The hotel offers 86 comfortably outfitted rooms with complimentary continental breakfast buffet. The hotel also has an outdoor pool open during summer months.
Located about a mile from downtown Brevard, it is a short drive to get to the quaint mountain town. Although it is not that far of a distance, it is not a particularly pedestrian-friendly route.
Comfort Inn & Suites
This no-frills chain hotel is a great budget hotel in Brevard. Located near the entrance of Pisgah National Forest, its another great hotel from which to explore the the great outdoors of Western North Carolina.
Comfort Inn Brevard offers complimentary continental breakfast and has an outdoor pool to enjoy during summer months.
The Sunset Motel
Have a mountain getaway at Brevard’s The Sunset Motel for a retro-style motel stay. This 50’s style classic motel with neon lights and colorful retro interior decor gives it a classic American road trip kind of feel. And best of all, it’s a budget friendly hotel in Brevard!
We especially love this property because of its close proximity to downtown. The Sunset Motel is just a half mile from Main Street and all of downtown Brevard’s restaurants and shop.
Historic Loft – Downtown Brevard

While this isn’t a hotel, we would be remiss if we didn’t include the amazing Luna Lofts in downtown Brevard. This historic loft is situated above Mayberry’s on Main Street, making it the most central of all the places to stay we have listed.
The interior of this short-term rental is stunning, with historic architectural details and tons of natural light. It’s definitely worth checking out for your Brevard stay!
Campbell House
Live like a local at Campbell House, a guest house with six rooms available. It’s just a few blocks from Brevard’s cute downtown and it’s easier to walk than to drive.
You can easily wake up, grab pastries at Bracken Mountain Bakery or a quiche from Cup & Saucer, and then tackle an outdoor adventure or two.
The property is beautiful inside and out with comfortable rooms, nice patio areas and a lush garden.
If you were familiar with the Campbell House B&B in the past, you’ll be sad to hear that they no longer serve the delicious meals it once did. However, they do have a family-style kitchen available where guests can cook their own meals.
