Sugar and Snow Gelato

Sugar and Snow is a local ice cream shop that makes its gelato in Asheville with local North Carolina dairy. They have several flavors and an unmistakable creamy gelato texture. They also have sorbets if you’re looking for a non-dairy vegan-friendly option.

They’re located inside the Second Gear outfitter shop, so it’s a great excuse to browse some outdoor gear while stopping for a sweet treat. The shop is across the street from the French Broad River Greenway making for a great spot to stroll while eating your ice cream.
