Whistle Hop Brewing

Whistle Hop is a train-themed brewery near Asheville. It’s located in Fairview, NC and has an awesome outdoor space that makes it a top family-friendly brewery.

The outdoor space is amazing with a 3 hole mini golf course, cornhole, disc golf connect four, and an epic tunnel slide that kids absolutely love. And inside you can actually sit in an old caboose. Rotating food trucks keep you fed.

Not only do they have plenty of activities and things to see for kids, but their beer is truly next level. They brew some classic crushable brews including their flagship pale ale, Pale by Rail, and a ton of uniquely flavored beers like a Fruit Loops Milkshake IPA, an Orange Blossom Ginger Tripel and a Dark Choco Hazel Imperial Stout.

Whistle Hop is a great place to check out on your way back from a day trip to Lake Lure or after hiking the Bearwallow Mountain trail.
