Pisgah Bakehouse

Pisgah Bakehouse is an excellent bakery, cafe and coffee shop in Brevard. They serve pastries, sandwiches, salads and wood-fired pizza. They have outdoor seating on the side.

For breakfast, grab a pastry and a cup of Cooperative Coffee. They also have a full espresso menu, a matcha latte and a variety of hot teas.

Their pastry cases are always filled with delicious from-scratch treats for breakfast. Try the almond croissant! Their danishes are also great, as well as the pecan stick buns (only available Thurs-Sun.) You can also opt for a bagel, avocado toast or egg + cheese sandwich if you aren’t a pastry person.

Their wood-fired pizza steals the show for both lunch and dinner. We recommend their wild mushroom pizza if you’re a fungi fan! Their classic margherita pizza is also great. Pisgah Bakehouse has gluten free pizza dough available.

Pisgah Bakehouse is actually owned by the same team behind Flat Rock Village Bakery. There’s a second Village Bakery in Fletcher.
