Sand Hill Kitchen

You’ll find Sand Hill Kitchen tucked away in a corner gas station near West Asheville. And wow, will you be delighted once you try their food. The entire menu is amazing but we, like most of their patrons, can’t get enough of the classic chicken sandwich topped with their dilly pickles and herbed Duke’s mayo. This chicken sandwich is award-winning and seems to always place first when the local public gets to decide the best of the best.

The good food doesn’t stop there, though. You’ll find an all-star cheeseburger on the menu (also award winning, by the way!), a tasty reuben and even a roasted red beet sandwich. Not the kind of faire you’d expect at a corner gas station restaurant, right!? Sand Hill Kitchen also has a breakfast menu with items like a fried chicken biscuit, a breakfast BLT and even a burrito picante.

You can order online, which we definitely recommend. They even have a drive through for easy pickup after placing an order.
