12 Bones Smokehouse – South

One of Asheville’s favorite BBQ joints, 12 Bones Smokehouse is located in Arden, NC (South Asheville.) They have some of the best BBQ ribs we’ve ever eaten and can highly recommend their corn pudding as a side. It also makes for a great takeout option!

12 Bones Brewing is located in the same building as 12 Bones Smokehouse – South so it’s a great spot to hang out, grab a beer and have some BBQ!

This is currently their only location in Asheville. Their River Arts District location was destroyed due to flooding by Hurricane Helene.
